Healthcare Science Technology Educators Association (HSTEA) is associated with the Georgia Association for Career and Technical Education (GACTE) and the Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE). The purpose of the organization is to promote the professional growth of Healthcare Science Educators. It was designed to develop, promote, and support technical careers in the healthcare science technology education field for interested and qualified individuals in Georgia. It is the organization's desire to participate in the evaluation and recommendation of standards for healthcare science technology education. We want to foster a better understanding of the technical careers within healthcare science.
